Domaine Sirugue Pere et Fils is a family-owned estate based in the village of Couchey, in between Marsannay and Fixin. They have a total of 12 ha and produce Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Fixin, Marsannay and Gevrey Chambertin. Fixin has long been a source of uncelebrated but delicious Pinot Noir. Full-bodied but capable of great subtlety.
